OVERVIEW OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE

Our client is seeking a Collections Specialist to support an interim workload and assist with day-to-day collections activity. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling high-volume outreach while maintaining professional communication with customers.

COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

Review aging accounts and perform collections outreach following established procedures The Collections Specialist will manage outreach for approximately 250 accounts per week Respond to customer inquiries and verify account and payment information The Collections Specialist will assist with documentation verification by coordinating with internal and external parties Support customer service initiatives and payment posting as needed

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE

Experience in B2B collections and/or accounts receivable required Strong communication skills with a professional phone and email presence Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills EB-1352215962
