Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced collections representative to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, offering training and room for growth! This position is fully remote- candidates must be local to the Philadelphia, PA area.

Responsibilities:

Manage a queue of students to obtain payments Handle inbound and outbound calls Collect payments and/or set up future payments Process payments Explain bills to customers and negotiate payment plans Place reminder calls to clients

Requirements:

3+ years of billing, customer service, or collections experience Strong communication skills Previous work from home experience is a plus Strong MS Office skills

Job Details:

Full Time, Shifts available M-F 8am - 4pm. 2 days/week 1:30pm-9:30pm/2pm-10pm. 2 Sat./month 8am-12pm

Pay:

$17-17.50/hr (+ monthly bonuses after probationary period!)
