• WFH (Must live in MO)

Pay:

$18.00/hr to $21.00/hr (depending on experience) plus Monthly Bonuses up to $400

• 800 (commissions uncapped!

) Start date: May 11th Must live in Utah, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Wyoming, or Texas PrincePerelson & Associates is seeking experienced Outbound Collections Agents to join our remote team. If you thrive on solving problems, making high-volume calls, and helping customers find solutions for past-due payments, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of outbound collections experience within the last 3 years is a must. Experience creating payment plans and finding solutions for customers Ability to provide above-and-beyond service Independent problem solver Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI's, and goals Experience working with various computer programs

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments on personal loans Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them Accurately record customer information into their accounts
