Consistent Schedule & Stability Job Overview:

In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing both inbound and outbound calls Working within an auto dial system Handling early stage collections Averaging 80

• 100 calls per day Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts

Schedule Training:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM

• 4:30 PM (MT) ✅ First week onsite and remote after

Post-Training:

Monday

• Saturday (5-day workweek)

Shifts:

9:30 AM

• 6:00 PM (MT) or 10:30 AM
