This is a full-time hybrid position and is paying $60k-$70k depending on experience, plus bonus . This opportunity allows for a generous work/life balance on a friendly and supportive team.
The responsibilities for this role:
Manage a portfolio of past-due accounts and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances. Handle billing inquiries by phone and email, documenting customer interactions and payment activity. Prepare write-offs and third-party collection referrals, while tracking account status and collection results. Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues, identify collection opportunities, and ensure company policies are followed. The experience required for this role: 2+ years of professional experience in collections, customer service, call center, or a similar environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and administrative skills. Associate's degree along with relevant work experience or a bachelor's degree
