Job Description:

This is a collections based call center position for applicants with collections experience. Candidate must be able to negotiate. As long as you're coach-able and willing to learn, then together we can help you be successful!

Responsibilities:

Also be able to make over 50 out bound calls per day as well take approximately 200 incoming calls Work with consumers in regards to all collections activity on consumer accounts You will educate consumers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding and manage collections activities Hours are from 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday (No weekends) Pay is weekly on Fridays paying out the previous week.
