The EPS Operations Analyst II is responsible for analyzing data and trends from various transaction streams. This role involves onboarding new corporate clients, creating and maintaining client database profiles, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient implementation of products and services. Additionally, the EPS Operations Analyst II identifies opportunities for operational improvements and performance enhancements through automation.
Language:
Fluent English and Mandarin (speak, read and write), preferred.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data and trends from different transaction streams to provide insights Facilitate daily report generation process by adding and updating the automatic report writing tools Resolve issues relating to the EPS business operation's performance Prepare workbooks for EPS monthly billing and invoices Participate in new corporate clients onboard, create and customize client databases and collaborate with other departments to ensure products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner Enhance and improve the bank's EPS policies and procedures Communicate with the bank's customers regarding transaction exceptions Communicate with clients and other banking professionals to maintain Service Level Agreements to drive the client experience Escalate unresolved issues and delivers high-quality customer service and effective operational support for the bank's customers Perform other EPS operation duties as assigned or required to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in data analytics, business analytics, mathematics, computer science, finance or a related field required. Two years of experience in a banking or financial services environment preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical abilities. Ability to research and resolve issues independently and collaboratively. Adaptability to new policies, procedures, and technology platforms. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with various management levels within the organization. Sharp attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
