Responsibilities:

Communicate with members in collections status. Determine reason for delinquency and work toward a permanent solution. Review delinquent accounts, perform collection efforts in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures and legal requirements; document all collection actions taken; and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous collections experience desired, preferably with a full-service financial institution. Careful attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills. This position starts at a minimum of $18.90 per hour. What does AllSouth offer?
