Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing corporate accounts, minimizing financial risks, and ensuring timely collections. This position requires strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debt exposure.
  • Analyze financial statements to establish appropriate credit limits for customers.
  • Address customer inquiries related to collections, resolve account discrepancies, and handle short payments.
  • Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including adjustments, reconciliations, and processing credit memo requests.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and senior management to expedite collections and resolve account issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports on account statuses and collections progress.
  • Distribute delinquency notices to customers and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental initiatives and planning.
  • Resolve customer disputes and work to address payment issues for outstanding balances.
