Job Description

Auto Finance Collections Representative Arlington, TX (76018) | Onsite Turn your collections experience into a career opportunity with a growing auto finance team. Earn $19/hour in this position, with a conversion opportunity pay rate up to $22/hr. Full-time 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM-9:00 PM with two days off each week Rotations include 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and 12:00 PM-9:00 PM Two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM-2:00 PM) One Sunday per quarter (2:00 PM-8:00 PM). Mandatory overtime required at month-end.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of recent Customer Service experience in a Call Center 2+ years of recent collections experience in consumer or automotive collections (Preferred) High School Diploma or GED required. Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, time management, multitasking, and basic computer skills; automotive finance or auto loan servicing experience is a plus, but not required.

IMPACT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound calls for automotive loan account payments. Discuss payment arrangements and help customers resolve outstanding balances. Work prioritized collection queues and follow established account-resolution strategies. Accurately document customer conversations, payment commitments, and account activity. QUS 2+ years of recent collections experience in consumer or automotive collections
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Automated collections management systems Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Call center phone systems and dialer platforms Customer relationship management (CRM) and customer account databases
PREFERRED SKILLS
Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach in a performance-driven environment. Ability to manage prioritized collection queues and multiple customer accounts efficiently. Experience meeting collections metrics and performance goals .
