How you'll make an impact in this role: Locate and notify responsible parties of delinquent accounts to collect payment. Receive and post payments to proper accounts. Prepare statements and report for credit department. Initiate payment plans or collection procedures against responsible party. May refer accounts to collection agency. Maintain record of collections and status of accounts. What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
