Job Description
Our well-known Fort Worth based client is seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist (Spanish). As a Collections Specialist, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, primarily servicing Car/Van accounts, in a fast-paced outbound call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage early-stage delinquency accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound interactions to prevent escalation into higher-risk stages.
- Communicate with customers to clarify balances, resolve issues, and encourage timely payments.
- Support collection efforts on escalated or higher-delinquency accounts as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) - required.
- Auto finance or collections experience - preferred.
- Excellent phone presence with experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
Hours of Operation:
