Bilingual Collections Representative Schedule:

Monday

• Friday from 8am
• 5:30pm (8 hour shift)

Pay:

$20

• 24/hour
• Based on Experience

Location:

Irving, TX Job Details:

Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work Conduct fact-finding conversations with individuals to locate collateral information Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines Skip-trace accounts according to established practices Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years experience of Auto Collections required At least 2 years of Repo experience required Bilingual in English & Spanish required High School diploma or equivalent required Passing clerical testing An in-person interview A clear background check and drug screen
