Job Description
A growing environmental services company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Representative to join its accounting department. This position is ideal for someone who can confidently communicate with customers in both English and Spanish while helping resolve outstanding balances and maintain strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate is professional, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts.
ResponsibilitiesCollections & Customer AccountsContact commercial customers regarding outstanding invoices by phone and emailReview aging reports and prioritize collection effortsInvestigate billing discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutionsEstablish payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationshipsMaintain detailed account notes and collection activity within the accounting systemAccounts Receivable SupportApply customer payments and reconcile account balancesPartner with billing and customer service teams to resolve disputesAssist with month-end accounts receivable reportingPrepare collection summaries for management review
