In this role, you will work with customers to resolve past-due accounts, provide outstanding service, and support positive financial outcomes through clear communication and problem-solving.

Starting Pay:

$16 hourly + monthly bonus eligibility Key Responsibilities Contact customers to resolve payment issues and recover overdue payments Perform collection duties via phone, mail, text, and email Arrange payment plans to bring accounts current Resolve billing inquiries and customer issues Prepare documentation for defaulted accounts Collaborate with internal departments to assist customers All other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Positive attitude and a desire to help people Excellent problem-solving abilities Experience in collections or customer service (preferred) Capacity to think outside the box when supporting customers Knowledge of collections or customer service Basic computer and typing skills Successfully multi-task, pay attention to details, and follow through with assigned tasks Dependability and persistence Ready to join the team?
