This position is ideal for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with attorneys and clients to manage accounts and move cases forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on accounts receivable and collections Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and healthcare providers regarding account status Support settlement processing and intake functions Assist with onboarding new cases and gathering required documentation Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with team members across departments

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in collections, intake coordination, medical office, or law firm settings Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to be cross-trained and grow within the company
