We are seeking a professional and skilled Special Assets Representative to join a leading Credit Union on a long term temporary basis. Assignment anticipated to last approximately 6 months. The Special Assets Representative is responsible for effectively working delinquent loan accounts, overdrawn accounts, repossessions, asset recover and bankruptcies to ensure the best possible outcome for both parties. Wage - $22.94/hour

Duties Include:

Manage collection ques by taking initial foreclosure action, completing bankruptcy filings, issuing repossession, monitoring asset liquidation and charge off recommendations. Manage asset recovery by completing necessary legal work, referring accounts to outside collections. Providing exceptional member service by maintaining a positive, professional relationships with members while discussing sensitive, personal financial circumstances.

Qualifications:

Minimum one year financial industry experience including frontline or lending. Prior collections experience preferred Excellent computer skills Excellent communications skills

Pay:

$22.94 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
