Job Description
Debt Collector $25.00 per hour with un-capped monthly commissions. Most of our Unit Manager Collectors are earning commissions of $1,000 to $6,000 per month in addition to their hourly pay. This role's primary responsibility is maximizing recovery on a high-volume high-dollar collection desk. Debts would largely be Credit Union and Healthcare related. Ability to prioritize accounts is essential. Must make a high volume of outbound calls daily. Must hit or exceed monthly recovery goals. Applicant would also participate in our automated dialer campaigns. Ideal applicants should be collection professionals with previous third-party collection agency experience and be highly motivated and possess excellent communication/negotiation skills. Applicants with related first party collection experience working in a fast-paced collection environment will be considered. Must be able to pass a background check.
