Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference each day supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings using your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this contract-based opportunity, you'll collaborate with dedicated school staff to create positive, effective learning environments that foster every student's success.
Your qualifications and background:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Current, valid state licensure as applicable Experience working in school environments is highly desired Familiarity with a range of student developmental and behavioral needs across K-12 Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Commitment to ethical practice and culturally-responsive support In this impactful role, you'll: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans Consult with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement positive behavior supports Provide training and guidance for staff on effective strategies and interventions Collaborate with families to promote consistent support both at school and home Monitor student progress, adjust programming as needed, and maintain ongoing documentation Support compliance with state, local, and federal regulations You'll work closely with caring educators dedicated to helping students achieve their greatest potential.
