Rebates Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a Rebates Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile rebate receivables, accruals, and settlements against contracts and source data
• Use SQL to extract, validate, and analyze large transaction and rebate datasets
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track performance, aging, and recovery trends
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Investigate discrepancies and short payments; partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve
• Ensure processes align with accounting policies, controls, and audit requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field
• 2-5+ years in rebates, AR, accounting, or financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and controls
• Hands-on SQL experience (data querying/validation)
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Advanced Excel and strong attention to detail The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
