Consumer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer I
CIAM Engineer I

- Must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate. Required to attend in person meetings at corporate office in Arlington. Work hours: Full Time Days Monday through Friday 8:00am

- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field of study 4 Years Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree (Required) Experience
- 2 Years Major application experience in a large-scale user and/or healthcare environment (Preferred) and
- 1 Year Identity and Access Management technologies (Preferred) What You Will Do Operational support and delivery
- Accountable to ensure implementations are properly promoted to production environment.
- Accountable for the upgrades and processes to ensure high reliability implementation of such upgrades.
- Accountable to comply with all THR Security tasks for the platform.
- Accountable to prioritize all work appropriately to maintain operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Be available as needed, to support after-hours incidents, problems, outages, etc. that affect the CIAM platform.
- Responsible for other applications as assigned.
- Integration testing for development and releases. Daily activities
- Provides overall CIAM technical Administrator expertise and managing various CIAM environments.
- Collaborating with the stakeholders, Administrators, Engineers, and Architects.
- Develops data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
- Participates in Proof of Concepts and technical solutioning.
- Maintains accountability for technical functionality.
- Collaborates with other ITS technical leaders and provides technical and administrative guidance for various existing and planned CIAM applications and service delivery including platforms, middleware, 3rd party services, and databases.
- Provides overall systems Administrator expertise to relate to and build upon existing environments.
- Supports product lifecycle from business discussions through test/deploy as it relates to requirement refinement and technical design of business needs.
- Conducts defect and root cause analysis.
- Proactively identifies, addresses, and escalates (if needed) when solutions are overly
- complex or will compromise supportability and scalability.
- Defines metrics and reports on performance indicators and risk factors of our CIAM Platform
- Ensures compliance with privacy policies, security audits, and certifications and enforces these controls.
- Develops code to support ongoing continuous service delivery.
- Assists in developing CIAM testing strategies related to the technical components. Planning and Administrative Skills
- Participates in a fast-paced agile scrum team.
- Participates in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies.
- Works largely self-directed, with only guidance from leadership.
- Responds to customer issues in a timely manner.
- Assists in the installation of release plans, as needed.
- Assists in communications with customers, project team and vendors in a timely manner and escalates issues and risks independently.
- Monitors work progress, informing team leaders, team managers and/or customers of project status, problems or obstacles and workload issues in a timely manner.
- Provides timely and accurate status reports.
