Job Description
We have an immediate need for an experienced billing clerk for an HVAC company in the city of Commerce. This is a temp-to-hire position and pay rate is $21 to $25 DOE and hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm 1hr lunch. Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain billing information in company systems.
- Verify billing details and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding billing inquiries.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications
- Previous billing, accounting, administrative, or office experience preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy, as this position requires working independently for extended periods.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
