Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process legal billing accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
• Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Maintain billing records and documentation
• Assist with handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing

Experience:

• Previous experience in billing or accounting role encouraged, but not required
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients
