Billing & Invoicing Specialist Schedule:
Mon- Fri, 6: 30 AM- 3: 00
PM Location:
On-site Pay:
$19.00+/hr
DOE Job Summary:
Full-service mail house specializing in variable data printing, statements, invoices, and direct mail is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Invoicing Specialist to support accounting and client billing operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and send customer invoices
  • Post payments and manage A/R, including collections follow-up
  • Review aging reports and resolve account issues
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate billing and account records
Position Details:
Full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced environment requiring accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
