Job Description

Description Billing- Admin This position is responsible for acting as a billing/locator liaison between client, field personnel, the administrative team, and our corporate headquarters to assure that all billing and location tasks are completed.

Utilize multiple templates in excel and other formats. Invoices will be for labor, equipment, materials, and units. Timesheet Processing. FETTA submittals. Invoice entry into customer service portal. A/P upload processing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Excellent Microsoft office, and Outlook skills. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to pay close attention to details and identify/correct mistakes. Commitment to teamwork through relationship building, reliability and collaboration. Self motivated Education & Experience Be able to provide proof of work experience, schooling, and any certifications that you have obtained during your career. Pre-Screen Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
Valid driver's license required.
Travel Requirements:
No Travel Required. Full time in person position, no remote work. May work 50-55 hours / week in storm situations
