Water Medic is an Employee Owned, full-service water treatment, well repair, pool service and pool repair company with over 7,000 recurring transactions monthly. We are innovative, autonomous, professional and our goal is to be the premier, employee-owned water treatment team for generations to come.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift

Job Duties:

As the pool billing analyst, you will communicate with customers, technicians and fellow employees creating a teamwork atmosphere to meet our unique customer base needs. The pool billing analyst position is responsible for overseeing monthly billing and past due accounts, maintaining electronic and physical records as required, preparing and submitting credit card payments, working as a team to support customer inquiries over the phone, by text and by email. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting and customer service Microsoft Office experience, including Excel Google Suite experience a plus Ability to multitask Able to work under pressure Ability to work independently Exceptional Customer Service Skills Experience with data entry and CRM Software Willingness to learn new things Pool industry experience a plus Fluent in English is a must (Spanish and German is a big plus)
