Full-Time | Tuesday-Friday About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Insurance Treatment Coordinator to oversee insurance and financial coordination for complex dental cases in a high-end, multi-specialty practice. This role is responsible for ensuring patients clearly understand their insurance benefits, financial responsibilities, and treatment timelines while supporting revenue integrity and maintaining a high standard of patient experience. This is not an entry-level role. Dental office experience is required. Key Responsibilities Present comprehensive treatment plans with clarity and professionalism Verify insurance benefits, coverage details, and limitations Submit and track pre-authorizations and predeterminations Explain CDT codes, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs in a clear, patient-friendly manner Experience in dual dental insurance Establish accurate financial expectations including copays, deductibles, and payment arrangements Monitor and follow up on unscheduled or delayed treatment Accurately post procedures and maintain records in Dentrix Maintain detailed documentation of patient financials and insurance activity Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, and billing teams to ensure alignment Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve claims and discrepancies Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all privacy regulations Requirements Must have 10 years plus of dental office experience required Strong background in treatment planning, insurance verification, and financial coordination Proficiency with Dentrix required Working knowledge of CDT codes, PPO plans, and insurance structures Experience handling complex or multi-phase cases (implants, cosmetic, surgical, full-mouth) preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary and bonus incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Modern, high-end office environment How to Apply If you have strong dental insurance knowledge, are confident in patient financial conversations, and can manage complex cases with accuracy and professionalism, we encourage you to apply. #
