PM Work Environment:

In Office Only•Absolutely NO Remote Positions We're looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Billing Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced office environment, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Daily Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from existing members. Assist members with questions regarding their discount health membership programs. Provide accurate and professional information regarding member accounts and program benefits. Respond to and manage incoming emails. Return customer voicemails promptly. Assist our Retention Department with declined payments. Resend welcome packets as requested. Follow up on pending tasks in a timely and organized manner. Maintain exceptional customer service while handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems. A positive attitude is a MUST with strong attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation Outgoing and high energy

Position Details:

Full-time hourly position. Monday through Friday schedule (9:00 AM•5:00 PM). In-office position located in Delray Beach, Florida . Absolutely no remote or hybrid work available.
