The Role We're seeking a Bilingual Collections Clerk to manage client accounts, drive timely payments, and support our firm's growth and efficiency - while delivering a great client experience. Key Responsibilities Proactively contact clients regarding overdue balances via phone, email, and written notices. Collaborate with legal and operations teams to resolve billing questions and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain detailed notes and documentation for each account. Use accounting software and Excel to keep records accurate and up to date.
