Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the financial analysis and make recommendations for various divisions and business units. Support Guest Contact Center and UPRV through reconciliation of various accounts.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Maintain accuracy of UPRV Financial System; process adjustments, perform month end close duties and provide monthly reporting.
+ Complete routine financial reports to process and pay Travel Agency Commissions and Airline vendor payments.
+ Research vendor payment issues and makes recommendations for resolution. Complete miscellaneous billing requests.
+ Complete month-end close duties, including report review and journal entries in SAP.
+ Assist with applicable ad-hoc projects and requests.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
+ Associate degree (AA) is required.
+ Bachelor's degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
+ 1+ year of Finance experience; + or equivalent combination of education and experience. Your talent, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.
