Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our law office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with bookkeeping and billing, and the ability to handle sensitive information and employee relations with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic bookkeeping functions, including data entry and maintaining financial records. Manage accounts receivable, monitor client payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices. Prepare, review, and issue client billing in a timely and accurate manner. Provide general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and client correspondence. Assist in operations and management of administrative duties and office decorum. Maintain organized client files and office records in compliance with confidentiality standards. Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a law office or professional services environment preferred. Experience with bookkeeping and billing processes required. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Proficient in general office software including Microsoft Office, Zoom, and related programs. Experience with legal billing or accounting software is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
