Role:

Are you a communicator who knows how to close a deal? Magic Wheels & Tires in Pensacola is looking for a Collections Representative to join our team. We don't just "collect"—we work with our local community to ensure they keep their rides looking sharp and their accounts in good standing.

What You'll Do:

Manage a portfolio of accounts and reach out via phone, text, and in-person visits. Handle accounts within the company expectations. Maintain professional records and provide top-tier customer service. Assist with "field visits" across the Augusta area when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in collections, RTO, or high-volume retail. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong "people skills"—you know how to be firm but fair.

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
