Job Description

RFS Lease Commencement Team, Specialist Position Profile Responsible for evaluating and performing maintenance requests submitted to RFS. This role maintains the integrity of the internal lease deck by auditing customer lease agreements, monitoring Infolease reports, and updating Infolease accordingly. The position also advises non-FSB users on internal lease policy and collaborates with Sales, Customer Administration, and Accounting to initiate or resolve customer billing issues. Job Duties and Responsibilities Review and audit customer paperwork, lease agreements, and associated documents. Review and audit requests to modify lease billing to ensure supporting documentation is accurate and complete. Modify internal lease billing in Infolease in accordance with customer-signed documents. Review requests for customer credits to ensure proper approvals have been obtained based on O‑15 policy. Provide internal lease support and respond to billing-related inquiries. Serve as a resource for IT during internal lease testing and system updates. Facilitate conference calls as needed to resolve customer billing issues. Maintain a variety of monthly internal lease reports. Work directly with Sales on refinance opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications) High school diploma or equivalent required. 5-7 years of business process or leasing customer service-related training and experience required. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and communicate clearly and concisely. Highly organized and able to meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced Excel skills required. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to work cross‑functionally with all departments within Ricoh. Knowledge of leasing principles and basic accounting concepts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Full understanding of leasing and lessor relationships. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels. Work assignments are varied; while past precedent is used to resolve issues, new solutions may need to be developed. Frequent work volume and deadlines may create routine stress. Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but may include occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects typically under 10 lbs (e.g., papers, books, files, small parts). Requires moderate dexterity, including regular use of basic tools and equipment (e.g., calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
