Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overview We are seeking a Billing Specialist to support billing and operations within a fast-paced logistics/transportation environment . This role focuses on reviewing freight bills, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or logistics operations looking to grow in a structured and team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze carrier freight bills for accuracy and discrepancies Identify and resolve billing errors, duplicate charges, and open issues Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing-related concerns Coordinate with transportation providers to obtain required documentation Support timely and accurate customer billing processes Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and efficiency Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit, or logistics/transportation operations Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or related field Experience in transportation or freight billing environments Familiarity with billing cycles, documentation, and process improvement Why This Role?
