Full-Time, On-Site (Monday-Friday) - there is a possibility of a hybrid schedule after demonstrated proficiency working on-site. A large, established medical practice in Gainesville is seeking an experienced Medical Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team immediately! This position is responsible for credentialing and enrolling physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and third-party payors. Responsibilities Manage provider credentialing and enrollment with hospitals, ASCs, and insurance payors Maintain CAQH profiles and track credentialing requirements, renewals, and expiration dates Coordinate with the practice's billing company on provider enrollment applications Assist with onboarding new physicians, CRNAs, and staff Qualifications 2- 3years of healthcare credentialing and billing experience highly preferred Experience in a medical practice, hospital, or healthcare billing environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and ability to work with credentialing software Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Benefits Employer-paid individual health, vision and dental insurance; paid in full for employee by employer Three weeks paid time off Six paid holidays Free parking Supportive, professional work environment 401-K - 10% of base pay… paid by Employer after one full year of employment If you are a highly organized healthcare professional with credentialing experience and a commitment to accuracy, service, and supporting quality medical care, we encourage you to apply.
