Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a CWR-Specialist, Billing I to join their team. As a CWR-Specialist, Billing I, you will be part of the Billing Department supporting the transportation and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Review and analyze carrier freight bills to ensure accuracy and completeness. Proactively identify and resolve potential errors and duplicate billing issues. Facilitate the billing process for orders to customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external carriers to resolve billing issues. Partner with transportation providers to secure necessary documentation for customer billing. What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, or transportation/logistics. Associate degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics, or equivalent experience. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present organized and clear information. What's in it for me?
