Guide families through the nursing home Medicaid application process. Gather financial documents required by the State, including bank statements and asset verifications. Maintain confidential files in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Track application status diligently and respond promptly to caseworkers. Resolve issues related to Medicaid coverage and retroactive authorizations. Process renewals, changes, transfers and denials promptly. Communicate changes to Bookeeper.
