The billing & administrative coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.Responsibilities may include:
Assist with daily billing and accounts receivable data entry to support accurate and timely processing. Respond to client billing and accounts receivable inquiries by phone or email and escalate issues as appropriate. Prepare billing-related information, reports, and support materials for internal meetings and team use. Provide administrative support to management and assist with maintaining organized, efficient office operations. Associate's degree, certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience and/or training Strong Microsoft Excel and Word capabilities Must be highly organized with very strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Interpersonal and customer service skillsTop Benefits and Perks:
