Dental Insurance Coordinator

We're Hiring! - Dental Insurance Coordinator Canyon County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (Dr. Nicholas Massoth) is looking for an Experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our friendly, established front office team in Caldwell. Part-time position with potential to grow into full-time We're seeking someone reliable, professional, and committed—who enjoys working with patients and being part of a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Verify dental and medical insurance benefits for consultation and surgical procedures
• Obtain pre-authorizations and submit necessary documentation
• Prepare and submit insurance claims with accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow up on outstanding claims, appeals, and payment discrepancies
• Communicate with patients regarding coverage, estimates and financial responsibilities. Including patient collections
• Daily use of WinOMS, Vyne and Weave
• Help keep the office running smoothly by collaborating with front office and clinical team

Requirements:

• Prior front office experience in the dental field (preferably oral surgery)
• Dental insurance and billing experience required
• Strong understanding of CDT and medical coding basics
• WinOMS experience preferred
• Bilingual applicants are a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a great attitude
