Job Description

The Role:
We are seeking a high-caliber Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the complex revenue streams of our CILA, ICF, BCBA and Day Programs. As the leader of the AR department, you will manage one direct report and ensure the integrity of our financial data. You will bridge the gap between clinical documentation in Therap and financial records in Business Central, ensuring that every hour of service is accurately captured and billed.
Key Responsibilities:
Therap & Census Integration:
Audit and extract billing data from Therap (attendance, service notes, and census) to ensure documentation supports all claims submitted to the state.
Systems & Data Architecture:
Lead the process of downloading and synthesizing datasets from state portals; you are the expert who turns raw exports into clean billing files.
Business Central Command:
Own the AR module, ensuring all billing, payments, and journal entries are executed with 100% precision.
Strategic Reconciliation:
Perform high-level monthly audits. You will identify systemic billing errors and implement long-term fixes to prevent "lost revenue."
Department Leadership:
Supervise the AR Assistant, reviewing their reports to identify "at-risk" revenue and directing their follow-up efforts with the SSA and DHS.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced Excel:
Must be an expert in data manipulation (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to reconcile Therap reports against state payment files.
Funding Fluency:
Knowledge of
CILA/ICF
reimbursement models and the "go-getter" attitude to resolve complex aging accounts.
Software Mastery:
Proficiency in Therap and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a major plus.
