Job Description Accounts Payable Analyst About The Company Our client is a leading manufacturing organization, and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their accounting team. They are a growing business, high energy, and friendly working environment. Great training on AP to add to your knowledge. Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable The AP will check and approve all vouchers for payment. Prepare invoice deduction notices, review coded invoices as necessary Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files. Prepare analysis of accounts, as required. Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary. Experience Preferred For The Role Accounts Payable Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 1 year of relevant experience Solid computer skills Use Excel and be able to do reports as needed. JD Edwards experience is a plus or Food manufacturing exp
