Job Description We are seeking a Billing Analyst 1 to join our team supporting day-to-day billing operations and select enhancement initiatives. The role will focus on accurate and timely invoice generation, ERP interfacing, reconciliation, and dispute resolution while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Complete billing processes in boundary systems and interface data to the ERP system. Generate on-demand invoices and adjustments in a timely manner, ensuring approvals per Paramount OAR (Operating Approval Requirements). Partner with requestors to obtain and validate missing information and required documentation. Deliver invoices and upload to customer portals as required. Prepare monthly billing reconciliations and metrics. Investigate and resolve customer disputes, issues, and inquiries with Client Services, Sales, and other departments. Participate in system enhancement projects and process improvements. Generate intercompany and intracompany invoices. Support internal and external audit requests with timely documentation. Contribute to month-end close and complete other ad-hoc tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or 2+ years of relevant experience. Detail orientation with strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and interpersonal. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Prior invoicing or billing experience. Experience with accounting and AR systems; Oracle experience is a plus. General knowledge of accounting principles and month-end close. Process improvement mindset and adaptability to change. Ability to work with a worldwide team; fluent English verbal and written skills. Experience in the Media industry. Why TSR?
