Generous benefits with great teamwork Willing to Train the right candidate Core Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Manage clinic A/R; collect balances from patients when appropriate, educate patients on payment expectations and arrangements. Responsible of the full billing cycle for completion of reimbursements. Good communication and very skilled dealing with work compensation. Write pre authorizations

• pre determination for treatments, appointments, surgeries, transplants; ICD-10 and CPT codes.

Process and code ICD-10 and CPT's; submit insurance claim forms for patient billing. Process and update HIPAA relate paperwork and other require institutional forms as necessary. Verify Medicaid and commercial insurances, compiling estimates and collecting co-pays when necessary. Comply with HIPAA regulations by discreetly and professionally handling all patients private medical information. Collect and track billing and insurance information including Medicaid and Medicare guidelines for billing department. Respond in writing to all grievances in accordance with CMS and DNV guidelines. Enter information into EHR perform prior-authorizations for necessary intervention and examinations. Process and obtain all necessary information from the patient and provider to ensure accuracy and completeness of referral.
