We're looking for a detail-driven Billing / Purchase Order Administrator who takes pride in getting the numbers right and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Generate and issue invoices for all completed customer orders Review pricing and order details for accuracy before billing Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams Maintain organized billing records and documentation Support month-end billing activities as needed Provide excellent internal and external customer service Monitor invoice aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Support collections efforts to ensure timely customer payments Reconcile purchase orders against invoices and completed work Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to resolve PO discrepancies Assist in improving billing and PO workflows for accuracy and efficiency Qualifications 1-2 years of experience as a billing specialist or similar role High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfort working with billing systems and basic office software Ability to manage deadlines and handle a high volume of orders Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience using CRM systems for billing or order management Strong organizational and communication skills Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
