We're a fast-growing local company offering premium exterior home maintenance memberships that bundle services like window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, landscape maintenance, and more into convenient annual packages. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who: Enjoys talking with people Wants flexible part-time work Is motivated by performance-based pay Has strong communication skills Wants real growth potential with a growing company Prefers being active and outdoors instead of sitting behind a desk No prior sales experience is required — we provide training, scripts, and support. What You'll Do Knock residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners Introduce homeowners to Blink Outdoor Home Services' exterior home maintenance membership packages Generate new customers and package signups Leave professionally designed doorhangers when homeowners are unavailable Represent the company professionally in the community Schedule Approximately 20-30 hours per week: Some weekday afternoons/evenings Full day on Saturdays and half-day on Sundays Flexible scheduling available. Compensation Competitive hourly and performance-based compensation opportunities available, and a commission-only option for those go-getters that want stronger earning potential. Strong performers can earn significant additional income through commissions.
