Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives Growing company with opportunities to learn and expand your skills Close-knit team culture where your contributions are valued Core Responsibilities Greet and assist patient walk-ins with professionalism and kindness Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Assist with prior authorizations and insurance-related communication Support billing processes by contacting patients or insurance companies Help maintain accurate patient records and documentation Fill patient orders for masks and medical supplies Schedule appointments by phone and through online requests Make follow-up calls to patients, providers, and insurance companies Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with general office responsibilities and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Requirements Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and Google Docs Basic typing, printing, scanning, and faxing skills Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and compassionate personality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable speaking with patients, providers, and insurance companies Self-motivated with the initiative to help where needed Team player who works well in a close-knit office environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive, people-oriented attitude — we genuinely enjoy our patients and each other Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting Experience with medical billing or insurance verification Prior administrative experience Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Hours Full-Time - 40 hours/week Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM How to Apply Please submit: Resume Cover letter Desired salary We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in providing excellent service, and wants to be part of a hardworking and supportive team.
