•Friday, 8:00 a.m.

•5:00 p.m. Snelling has an immediate opening for a Billing & Collection Analyst in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for supporting the Credit/Collections Manager in the daily operations of the credit department, ensuring accurate processing of payments, maintaining customer accounts, and assisting in collections efforts. The Billing & Credit Analyst should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Job duties include:

Process credit card payments as needed. Assist in preparing new customer credit files for review. Analyze customer accounts and provide reports to management. Research invoices, credits, and other payment-related discrepancies. Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts. Release orders as directed by the Credit/Collections Manager. Assist in sending out monthly statements. Help maintain past-due balances within company targets. Communicate with management and other departments regarding outstanding issues such as billing problems, credit approvals, discounts, pricing discrepancies, and more. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Billing & Collections Analyst Requirements:
Preferred:

3 years of experience in credit, accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of debits/credits and general accounting concepts. High school diploma required. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Access . Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills . Effective data entry skills .
