Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical billing regulations, insurance policies, and coding guidelines to ensure compliance. Generate reports on billing activities, outstanding claims, and collections to support financial analysis and process improvements. Prior experience in a medical office environment or healthcare setting is advantageous; certification in medical billing or coding is a plus.
