You will have responsibility for credit decisions, typically at a Regional level, and provide support and customer contact for credit. Job Duties Responsible for daily credit processing, account maintenance, evaluation, and reconciliations, as well as collection efforts. The ideal candidate must be flexible and handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining procedures, communication, and customer service. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service. Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial. Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position. Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Credit and Collections Clerk. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge of credit and lien laws in the respective geographic area Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
