Billing Analyst - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a consumer products organization, is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the finance team with billing operations and customer inquiries. This role focuses on managing billing-related requests, assisting with account documentation, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of routine billing matters. Responsibilities Respond to billing inquiries and customer requests Provide billing documentation, invoices, and account-related information Research and resolve routine billing issues Prioritize and manage incoming requests in a timely manner Partner with finance, sales, and other internal teams to support billing operations Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative billing activities Support ongoing process improvements and customer service efforts Qualifications Experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or a related field Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Experience working in a ticketing or customer support environment preferred Zendesk and/or NetSuite experience a plus, but not required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
